#15 Xiu Yang: The Ancient Art of Self-Cultivation with Mimi Kuo-Deemer

What is Xiu Yang? And how can we apply its ancient principles of self-cultivation to take care of ourselves and the world? Yoga, qigong and meditation teacher Mimi Kuo-Deemer shares how we can bring more of our whole, balanced selves to work, relationships & life.
